Beloved wife of Lawrence F. Derkacy. Loving mother of Steven (Susan) and Lisa Chie. Cherished grandmother of Joseph Fultz, Kristi Derkacy, Jaclyn Cales and great-grandmother of Liam Gosciniak. The family is planning to host a Celebration of Life service at the Palos Heights home of Steven and Susan Derkacy around mid- September. Date and time to be forthcoming.
