Kueltzo, R.P.H., 76 years.  Beloved husband of Kay, nee Grogan.  Cherished father of Lisa Kueltzo (Andy Popovic) and Amanda (Chris) Black.  Loving grandfather of Emily and Joey.  Dear brother of Gary (Pat) Kueltzo and Jeff (Danealle) Kueltzo.  Loving uncle and great-uncle of many nieces and nephews.

Visitation Monday, August 8, 2022 from 3:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M.  Funeral Tuesday, August 9th, 9:15 A.M. from the Becvar & Son Funeral Home, 5539 W. 127th Street, Crestwood, to St. Julie Billiart Catholic Church, 7399 W. 159th Street, Tinley Park, for a 10:00 A.M. Mass.  Entombment Good Shepherd Cemetery in Orland Park.  Retired owner of Lombard Pharmacy in Lombard, Illinois.
