Doris L. Ruter, nee Fisk, 83 years. Beloved wife of the late Richard A. Devoted mother of Alan K. (Kimberly) and Lee Ann Hulse. Loving grandmother of 5. Cherished great-grandmother of 11. Dear sister of the late Lorraine Urbanic. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews.
