Eleanor "Kathy" Prokop was born on June 27, 1952 to parents Eleanor and Herbert Wolf. Kathy, passed away on Tuesday, December 13th, 2016. She is survived by her husband, Daniel J. Prokop, her daughter, Karen C. Prokop, her son, David J. Prokop and her sudo daughter Katie Wolf. She is also proudly survived by numerous children who became her second family: Kathryn R, Jessica S, Nikki K, Ashley S, and Tim L. She worked throughout the years as an executive secretary as well as a stay at home mom. Her passion for family and friends can not be compared. Her vivacious personality was loved and noticed by all who met her. Please join us in celebrating the outstanding life of Kathy this Saturday, December 17th, 2016 at the Becvar & Son Funeral Home, 5539 W. 127th Street, Crestwood, from 1pm - 4pm. Afterwards a small luncheon will follow at their home in Mokena, Illinois. In lieu of flowers we suggest making a donation to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or the Ronald McDonald House Charities.
