Eraldo "Tony" C. Antonini

Eraldo 'Tony' Antonini was a loving and devoted husband to Susan Antonini, beloved son of Nives Antonini (nee Nicolich) and the late Steve Antonini, brother to Emilio D'Alise Antonini (Melisa), sister AnnMarie Antonini, sister Louise Biegalski (Paul), uncle to Mark Biegalski and Eric Biegalski, son-in-law to Carol McLane, and step father to Maegan Hendrix, Abbey Green (Drew), Jason Peters, and Ryan Peters. He will be missed by his cats Charlie and Lucy.

Eraldo was born on January 15, 1964 in Udine, Italy.  His family moved to the Bridgeport neighborhood in Chicago in 1966.  He graduated from St. Laurence High School in 1982.  He then obtained his automobile mechanics certification from Allied Institute of Technology.  He later worked at Dual Temp as an HVAC service technician; however, for much of his career he was a Maintenance Manager.

He loved playing tennis and attending as many professional tournaments as possible.  He loved to travel, particularly to Italy and other surrounding countries, as well as numerous trips within the United States. Eraldo couldn't resist authentic Italian "Margherita" pizza, a good movie, chocolate, and playing the lottery – which is how he earned the nickname "Uncle Lotto."

Eraldo was a kind and generous man who was always there to lend a helping hand to anyone and everyone.  Those who knew him will always remember his great sense of humor and positivity.
