Erik "Petey" Petersen, U.S. Army Veteran 82nd Airborne.  Beloved husband of Catherine, nee Lox-Spagnola.  Dear step-father of Melanie (Brad) Andrulewicz, Lauren Spagnola, and Michael (Samantha) Spagnola.  Cherished grandfather of Jameson, Michael, and Vivienne.  Loving son of the late Kirk (Muriel) Petersen and the late Ellen Petersen.  Fond brother of Janet (Stephen) Krasniak, Audrey Petersen, and Kirk Jr. (Joyce) Petersen. Dear uncle, cousin, and friend of many.

A Memorial Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 6, 2023 from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the Becvar & Son Funeral Home, 5539 W. 127th Street, Crestwood. Family and friends will meet at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, 20952 W.
