Francis "Frank" Richard Witkowski passed away on Sunday, June 9, 2024 at the age of 81 years.  Loving son of the late Apolonia, nee Rafac, and Anthony Witkowski. Cherished brother of the late Victor. Loving Uncle to many nephews and nieces.
