Gerald B. Meyers, U.S. Air Force Veteran, passed away on Saturday, August 10, 2024 at the age of 80 years.  Beloved father of Timothy (Leanne) Meyers and William (Diane) Meyers. Cherished grandfather of Peyton, Margaret, Logan and Caleb. Dear brother of Richard (Patricia) Meyers and the late Arlene (the late Bruno) Buszkiewicz.  Gerald began his plumbing career with the City of Chicago and retired from the University of Illinois at Chicago after 25 years of service. He loved boating on Lake Michigan.

Visitation Friday morning, August 16, 2024 from 8:30 A.M. until time of prayers, 9:15 A.M. at the Becvar & Son Funeral Home, 5539 West 127th Street, Crestwood, to St. Alexander Catholic Church, 7025 W. 126th Street, Palos Heights, for a 10:00 A.M.
