With her family surrounding her, Geraldine (Jeri) Caulfield, age 79, passed away peacefully in her Crestwood home on October 25, 2015. Jeri was a cherished mother of six, devoted grandmother of eighteen, loving great grandmother of twelve, beloved sister of two, and countless others whom she considered family. She will be remembered for her bright eyes, kind smile, strong faith and caring soul. Jeri is best known for her welcoming nature, her beautiful yard, her butterfly decor and her love of shopping for the best bargains. Jeri is survived by her children, Michael (Rhonda) Hoge, Teri Hoge, Kevin Hoge, Brian (Gina) Hoge, Diane (Steve) Campbell, Daniel Hoge, and her sisters, Sr. Marguerite "Peg" Caulfield, IBVM and Barbara (deceased Jack) Casey. A memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2015, at 11 am at Incarnation Church, 5757 W. 127th Street, Palos Heights. Everyone is invited to a luncheon at Gaelic Park, 6119 W. 147th Street, Oak Forest immediately following the Mass. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation, 355 Lexington Avenue, New York, New York 10017.
