Gerry Rousek, age 91, of Chicago, Illinois passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, December 13th, 2017, surrounded by family.  Beloved wife of the late George Rousek; Dear mother of George J. Rousek (Cheryl) and the late Geriann Puschkar (nee Rousek); Loving grandmother of Michael (Jonathan) Rousek, Jason (Bernize) Puschkar, Brian Rousek, Kari Puschkar, Timothy (Judy) Rousek, and Steven (Melissa) Rousek: proud great-grandmother of Abel Puschkar, Layla Rousek and Austin Rousek.
