Geri E. Aird, nee Balsavich, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Thursday, October 9, 2025 at the age of 92 after a short battle with congestive heart failure.  Beloved wife of the late William R. Aird and Donald F. Balsavich.  Loving mother of Don Balsavich, Ann Balsavich-Hadley, and the late Cindy Seck and Brian G. (Donna) Balsavich, Cherished Grandma (Nana) of 13 and Great-grandma (GiGi) of 14 with one more due in December.  Dear sister of the late Grace (the late Leo) Rybka.  Fond aunt, great-aunt, and cousin of many. Cherished friend of Laura and family.

Geri was fond of all animals, gardening, dancing, and spending time with her family.

Funeral Service and Interment Monday, October 13, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. at St. Mary Cemetery, 87th & Hamlin Avenue, Evergreen Park, IL.  In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Elizabeth Seton Church (www.steseton.com) would be appreciated.
