Jeanette Emily Hunt, nee Hartmannsgruber, passed away on Monday, April 7, 2025 at the age of 85 years. Beloved wife of the late William for 54 years.  Loving mother of Joyce (Kirk II) Petersen, the late Marsha (Bruce) Hodina, and the late Michael (Maria) Hunt.  Cherished Nana of Hannah (John) Ghassan, Kirk III (Armi Grace) Petersen, Sam Hunt, Ryan (Brittany) Petersen, Emily Petersen, Rachel Hunt, and Brad Petersen.  Great-Grandmother of Kirk IV, Izzie, Noah, Theo, and Maddie and Hazel.  Dear sister of Marge (Fred) Ludwig, the late Rose (the late Bob) Duh, the late Patricia (the late Richard) Crotty, and the late Frank (the late Becky) Hartman.  Fond sister-in law of Jeannie Duh.  Special aunt, cousin, and friend of many.

Visitation Friday, April 11, 2025 from 4-8 P.M.  Funeral Saturday, Lying-in-State from 10:00 A.M. until time of service 10:30 A.M. at The Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, 7800 S. McCarthy Road, Palos Heights.
