Joseph H. Lehner Jr beloved husband of 62 years to the late Mary Jane Lehner, nee Dansart, fond brother of John and stepbrother of Leroy and Robert, son of Joseph Lehner Sr. and Gene (nee Galvin). Joseph was an uncle to many nieces and nephews. Joseph was a 48 year employee and retired supervisor of the Peoples Gas Company of Chicago. Joseph loved gardening, crossword puzzles, and animals of all types; but most of all, he loved helping those around him. He was also a volunteer for many years at Little Company of Mary Hospital in Evergreen Park Illinois and most recently the oldest serving volunteer at St. Joseph's Hospital in Elgin Illinois. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Association of the Miraculous Medal, 1811 West St. Joseph Street, Perryville, Missouri, 63775-1598 would be greatly appreciated.
