Mary Lou Phelps, née Smith-Anderson, 87 years.  Beloved wife for 61 years to the late Robert Paul Sr.  Loving mother of Mary (the late Raymond) Miller, Kathleen, Robert P. Jr. (Cindy), and Colleen Deutsch.  Devoted grandma of 8 and great-grandma of 19. Preceded in death by Harold Jr. and Edward "Bud" and her parents Harold E. Smith and Mary L. Mulholland.  Dear aunt of many nieces and nephews.
