Paul J. Kubiak, of Crestwood, passed away on Saturday, August 17, 2024 at the age of 67 years.  Loving brother of Rosanne (Jim) Waszak, Don (Debra) Kubiak, and the late Mary Kathleen Kubiak.  Beloved son of the late Phyllis, nee Makowski, and Stanley Kubiak.  Cherished uncle of Jonathan (Katlyn) Kubiak, Cary (Brittany) Kubiak, Nicholas Kubiak, Alex (Madeline) Kubiak, Daniel (Britta) Waszak, and Jeffrey (Kristin) Waszak.  Dear great-uncle of 9 nieces and nephews.

Visitation Friday, August 23, 2024 from 9:00 A.M. until time of prayers at 10:30 A.M. at the Becvar & Son Funeral Home, 5539 W. 127th Street, Crestwood, to Incarnation Catholic Church, 5757 W. 127th Street, Crestwood, for an 11:00 A.M. Mass.  Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Alsip.
