Survived and beloved by longtime companion Benjamin Hernandez, Her children Richard Allen, Rebecca Allen, Mark Allen and her 3 grandchildren.
Rita was a fierce protector, advocate and provider with family at the center of her soul. Without hesitation, she was always there.
