Ruth N. Pilarczyk, beloved wife of the late Norbert R. Pilarczyk, passed away peacefully on October 14, 2025, at the age of 79.

She was the dear sister of James (Nancy) Trandel, and the late Daniel Jr. (the late Renee) Trandel. A cherished godmother and aunt to Holly (Rich) Manprisio, she also held a special place in the hearts of her nieces and nephews: Dawn Trandel (Mike Sigman), Susan Trandel, Jamie (Brian) Carpen, and Matt (Amanda) Trandel. She was a proud great-aunt to Danielle, Michelle, Brianna, Trevor, Evan, Ryan, Brady, Ethan, and Ben.

She was a devoted dog mom to Cookie, Buddy, and the late Jack, Jill, Sparky, Belle and Q, who brought her endless joy and companionship.

She will be remembered fondly by her extended family, cousins, and many dear friends. Her love, kindness, and sense of humor will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

A Memorial Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 from 8:30 A.M. until 10:30 A.M. at the Becvar & Son Funeral Home, 5539 W. 127th Street, Crestwood, to Incarnation Catholic Church, 5757 W. 127th Street, Crestwood, for an 11:00 A.M. Mass.  Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Alsip, IL.
