Sandra R. O'Brien, nee Okon, passed away on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at the age of 84. Loving wife of the late Thomas William O’Brien Sr. for 58 years. Sandra is survived by her loving children. Patrick Michael (Cindy, nee Kunkes), Joseph Alan (Tracey, nee Cowan), Kathryn (the late Jerry) Lannom and the late Thomas William O’Brien Jr. Dear grandmother of 6: Justin (Monica), Hayley (Nathan) Becker, Josephine (Taylor) Broderick, Kaitlynn (Marni) Gaw, Kayla (Cameron) Horton, and Destini. Loving great-grandmother of 7: Nadia, Evelyn, Lincoln, Anastasia, Parker, Elliot and Brody.
