Devoted father of Jill (Robert) Hooten and Terence Hughes (North Palos & Thorton F.D.). Beloved son of the late James, C.F.D. and Mary Helen. Cherished brother of Dolores Friel, Thomas, Michael (Tinley Park F.D.) and the late James (Carlene). Adored grandfather to Owen, Ashley, Raelynn, Victoria, and Michelle. Loving step-father to Tabitha Birks. Fond nephew of many aunts and uncles. Cherished uncle to many nieces and nephews, especially his buddy Tommy. Dedicated fire fighter to the city of Dolton for 18 years and the city of Crestwood for 15 years. Visitation Monday 2-9 P.M.
