Theresa Cooper, nee Calibraro, of Peotone, IL passed away peacefully on December 9, 2024, at the age of 92. Theresa was born in Chicago, IL October 1, 1932, to Peter and Rose Calibraro.  Loving mother of Paul (Rosemary) Roussos, Rosanne (Gary) Travis, and Donald (Tammy) Roussos, leaving a void her family cannot fill.  Theresa took special joy in her grandchildren Christopher, Sean, Kristyn (Derek), Matthew (Tracey), Alexander, Erika, Brittany (Gabe), Isabella, Myles, and Gabriella (Caleb), and her great-grandchildren Natalie, Cody, Tessa, Caleb, and Jane.  She is survived by her devoted sisters Dolores Lorenz, Barbara Born and her brother Peter Calibraro.  As the matriarch of the Calibraro family, Theresa is the dear aunt and cousin of many.

Theresa is preceded in death by her late husband Max Cooper, her parents Peter & Rose Calibraro, brother Daniel and loving sister Lucille.

Theresa will be remembered for her love of family and friends, her passion of playing cards, and taking trips to her favorite casinos to play her favorite slot machines. She found immense joy in teaching all her grandchildren how to make her favorite Italian recipes. Theresa's generosity and giving was unmatched, and she always put the needs others before her own.

We will express our love and gratitude for the time we had with Theresa for Visitation Services on Sunday, December 15, 2024, from 2-7 P.M. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, December 16th 11:00 A.M. at the Becvar & Son Funeral Home, 5539 W. 127th Street, Crestwood.
