Blazeniak, nee Tomczak, 97 years.  Beloved wife of the late Anthony J.  Devoted mother of Bonita (the late Ronald) Michalowski, Juanita (William) Hill, Tony (Donna) Blazeniak, and Anita (Mike) Falls.  Loving grandmother of Holly, Cindy, Bill, Katy, Tony, Amanda, Becky, and the late Mike, and great-grandmother of 8.  Fond sister of Arlene Scaletta, and the late Helen Kut, Alice Kochan, and Joseph Tomczak.  Dear friend of Donna and Lew Dillon.

Visitation Wednesday, January 4th from 3:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the Becvar & Son Funeral Home, 5539 W. 127th Street, Crestwood.  Funeral Mass Thursday 11:00 A.M. at Symphony Palos Park (formerly Holy Family Villa), 12220 S.
