Charles T. Spencer Sr.

Charles T. Spencer Sr., Retired Sgt. Midlothian Police Department and U.S. Army Veteran, passed away on Sunday, February 19, 2023 at the age of 75 years.  Beloved husband of Sandra, nee Wrobel.  Loving father of Charles Jr. (Samantha) and Christopher Sr. (Crestwood P.D.).  Cherished grandfather of Christopher Jr., Sofia, Anthony, and the late Dominic.  Dear brother of Margo Nelson and Marsha Jacobucci.  Fond son of the late Rosemary and Charles Sr. II.
