Mary Jane (Cerny) Gannon

Mary Jane Gannon, nee Cerny, 91, of Chicago and Bridgeview, IL. Preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Mary (nee Husak) Cerny. Dear sister of the late Elaine Majkut (Stanley), late Joseph (Ruby), late Norbert (Phyllis), late Ronald "Butch" (Dolores), late Shirley Gannon, and she is survived by her sister Carole Hammer. Loving mother of Robert "Bobby" (Carol) and Edward (Bridget) and beloved grandmother of Kathleen and Robert "Bobby" Gannon. Cherished aunt of many nieces and nephews, and lover of gardening, birds and bicycling.  Mary Jane was a devoted housewife and mother, and in later years was employed by the Chicago Public Schools Human Resources Department.

Visitation Wednesday, February 14, 2024 from 3:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.  Funeral Service 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, February 15th at the Becvar & Son Funeral Home, 5539 W. 127th Street, Crestwood.  Interment Resurrection Cemetery, 7201 S. Archer Avenue, Justice.
