Nikolaus was born in Zams, Austria on January 24, 1948 to the late Nikolaus Getsch Sr. and Anna Meszarosch. Dear friend of Janina Purickiene.

Funeral services, military honors, and interment for Nikolaus Getsch Jr. will be held on Friday, December 2, 2022 at 10:00 A.M. at the Chapel of St. Casimir Cemetery, 4401 W. 111th Street, Chicago.
