Frank & Linda Becvar

Frank has been the owner and operator of the Becvar & Son Funeral Home since 1983, and he has been a licensed funeral director/embalmer for over 45 years. An alumnus of DeLaSalle High School, Wright Junior College, and Worsham College of Mortuary Science, Frank and his wife Linda, who live above the funeral home, are active parishioners of Incarnation Church in Palos Heights. Frank is a member of Loyal Order of Moose Lodge #44 and the American Legion. In 1973, Frank was honorably discharged from the Illinois National Guard where he was a Nike-Hercules Missile Technician for 6 years. Well-known to the community he serves, Frank, like his father and grandfather before him, is committed to providing compassionate, quality service.

David & Lisbeth Becvar

David joined the family firm in 1996 after graduating from Worsham College of Mortuary Science. David, his wife Lisbeth, and their three sons are parishoners of Incarnation Church in Palos Heights.  Along with being a licensed funeral director/embalmer, he is a certified preneed counselor for those individuals interested in making prearranged funerals. David, who is bilingual in English and Spanish, is a graduate of Tinley Park High School, received his Bachelor of Arts degree from North Central College in Naperville, and his Master's Degree from the University of Alabama.   He is dedicated to serving families with care and understanding. He is excited to be a part of this remarkable family business that is now in its fourth generation.

Julie Becvar Sullivan

Frank's daughter Julie has been a long-time employee of Becvar & Son Funeral Home but started working full-time with the firm in 2012. As the office manager, Julie brings extensive experience to the funeral industry and is committed to making the wishes of each family memorable. Julie, her husband Jerry, and her two sons are residents of Mokena.

Theresa "Terry" Simon

Theresa "Terry" Simon, nee Doyle, is Linda Becvar's sister.  Terry supervises our visitation days to make sure everyone is comfortable in their time of need. She is a retired Metropolitan Insurance office worker and lives with her husband, Peter, in Manhattan, Illinois.
