Jeanne so sorry for your loss. We talk about all the good times we had, Marvin going on the fishing trip with Lou, meeting with you guys down south with Phil, and all the crazy times at the police department.

Many prayers to Lou's family. Lou was one of my instructors at Black Hawk College. He had a great sense of humor and made class fun. Prayers for strength for his family during this difficult time.

Oh so sorry to hear of Lou's passing. It has been a long time that we have seen him, but we would talk with his friend Jerry here in Geneseo to see how he was. We had many laughs with him. He could put a smile on your face. Thanks for all your years of service Lou and may you rest in peace.

Message from Paula & Bob Lagerman- (Friends of Laura & Richard Ochoa)
December 1, 2016 8:28 PM

Even though we didn't have the honor or pleasure of meeting Lou, personally, his daughter (and our dear friends), Laura & Richard Ochoa, shared some wonderful stories & memories which revealed her deep & heartfelt love for her dad, & as he became sick, we certainly prayed for Lou and your wonderful family. So it is with a heavy heart that we send along our condolences to all Lou's loved-ones as you celebrate his life. May God grant you peace & comfort during this difficult time.
